Terms & conditions

1. Should a participant need to cancel 2 weeks or more prior to a course or event, they will receive a refund minus the booking fee of 10% or receive a credit to be used within 1 month of the date of the initial payment.
2. Should a participant need to cancel between 2 weeks to 1 week prior to the start of a course or event, they may transfer to another course or event of equal value or receive a credit to be used within 1 month of the date of the initial payment. Only one reschedule is possible; if an individual misses an rescheduled course or event, they will not get another reschedule or credit.
3. Cancellation or transfer requests made 1 week prior or less to a course or event will not receive a refund, but may receive credit or the option to transfer to another course if booking numbers for the course from which they are transferring is currently under maximum participants. Only one reschedule is possible; if an individual misses an rescheduled course or event, they will not get another reschedule or credit.
4. Any business or individual that for any reason can not attend the booked course or event has the right to reschedule
5. On the day the course begins or beyond this point, we cannot provide refunds, credit or transfers, nor do we provide partial refunds if participants have missed classes for any reason.
6. We cannot confirm your place on a course until we have received full payment.
7. Any individual that displays an anti-social behavior or disrespectful language during any course or event organised by Coffee Laboratory, will be removed from such course or event without the right to get a refund or credit.
8. Coffee Laboratory reserves the right to cancel at any moment and without any explanation, any course or event. In such case, the businesses or individuals that booked places at the cancelled event will have the right to reschedule their booking at another course of an equal or lesser value, or to get a full refund.
9. Coffee Laboratory reserve the right to refuse at any stage a booking; in this case, the business or individual that booked already a course will get a full refund.
10. Coffee Laboratory reserves the right to record or take photos during its courses and events and post these on its website or social media. If a participant, for any reason, does not want to appear in the photos or video-clips, it is his/hers duty to inform the trainer or the host at the beginning of the course or event.
